We have a beautiful app that is extremely simple to use, available on iOS and Android. Once you have registered with us, you simply place an order via our app and our driver will come to your restaurant to pick up your food and deliver it to your customer.
We are available 7 days a week, 365 days a year; operating from 11:00am to 10:00pm (last order).
You will have to decide which of your food items may are suitable delivery. We will do our very best to work with you to decide on what's suitable. We will also assist you in how to package and labe all your delivery order before our deliverers pick up your order.
We are a full service logitics company. If you have any other services which might not fit our standard services, we can explore with you altrnative to perform your deliveries. Please contact us at info@deliveryrepublic.com.
We are currently available for delivery in majority of Hong Kong Island and Kowloon. We have started coverage in parts of New Territiories. We expect to have full coverage of all delivery zones well before the end of the year. For all the latest delivery zones, please see our map on our homepage for all the latest delivery zones.
Currently our fleet are customed to perform the deliveries by themselves hence, each of your orders must be sized so that our deliverers can hand carry your deliveries. Also please take note to have them securely packed since most of your food deliveries will be delivered by motorbikes. Under normal circumstances, yes. However, when all our drivers are busy, it may take longer than an hour but we will for sure notify you on this. All tracking order status and GPS tracking will be provided to the restaurant.
Absolutely! We will deliver to your home, office, hotels, hospitals and schools. We do not deliver to floors without elevators or village houses. For these orders, your customers will have to come down to G/F or village gate to collect your food. Please let us know under remarks in the order placement of such orders.
Our team members are personally trained by our Operations team to complete deliveries in your area. When your delivery is accepted, you are immediately informed of our team member’s name and contact number number so you can directly contact him / her if you encounter any problems.
Yes, we do! However, there is a nominal cash handling fee for cash collected orders only. All cash will be collected by our deliverers and deposited into your bank account twice per month.
After your order is placed, we will assign a driver for your order. Under the Order Status Panel, you will see our team member’s name and contact number which you can use to contact him/ her directly. Please bear in mind he / she may be driving at the time and may not be able to answer your call, but they will try to reply to your voicemail as soon as possible.
If you have not placed your order yet, you can edit the drop-off address directly from the place order page. If you have placed your order, you can edit the information from the order panel screen or you can call our team member directly to inform him / her of the change of address or order details.
Please call our driver as soon as you realize you need to change the order. Depending on when the changes are requested, our driver can take your instructions and try his best to complete it.
All of our team members are thoroughly vetted, including a background check, in-person interview and test jobs.
Tipping is not required and totally voluntary. 100% of any tips will go to our team member for his or her effort on the delivery.
Our basic delivery fees are based on a flat rate charge. It does not depend on the value of your order. Therefore the higher your ticket price the larger margin you earn from each order. To enquire about our rates, please contact us at info@deliveryrepublic.com.
Anytime before our driver picks up the food at your restaurant, you may cancel the order and we will refund the delivery fee.  No refunds are available after the pickup of food from the restaurant.
If your delivery takes longer than the expected time, we will send you a message with the newest expected time so you can inform your customer. Should your customer enquire, please kindly check the latest expected delivery time via our app.

Unfortunately, we currently do not accept orders outside of our delivery zone. This is to ensure that we maintain the service level that's required for food deliveries. However, we if you have special requirements, please feel free to contact us. We will do our best to see if there are alternative methods for your deliveries.

We are able to provide this option for all restaurants or restaurant groups at an additional cost.
